URGENT: Flexible Working Options due to COVID-19

I hope this email finds you well.

With reference to our email sent recently, we would like to provide an update based on the current situation pertaining to COVID-19.

In the eventuality that we have to go ahead with work from home practices if office lockdowns become mandatory for quarantine purposes, we need to be able to make decisions quickly to minimise disruption of work and more importantly to ensure the health and safety of our team.

Our IT contact has completed the set-up of necessary infrastructure to allow our team to work from home. At this stage, we have found it necessary to start looking at work from home options for all of our team. We will remain contactable at our usual contact number and email addresses.

Please be assured that we are doing our best to provide you with the highest level of service and a safe work environment for our team.

We will continuously monitor the ever-changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and its effects on our services. We will ensure that you are updated as necessary.
